Return & Exchange Policy

At Rahuldas Technology Private Limited, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, replacement, or exchange as per the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✅ Returns, replacements, or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
✅ Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
✅ The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.

2. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned or exchanged.
❌ Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.
❌ Accessories like socks, stockings, gloves, and scarves are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

3. Return & Exchange Process

1️⃣ Initiate a Request:

2️⃣ Approval & Pickup:

  • Once your request is approved, our team will arrange for pickup.

  • Alternatively, you may be required to ship the item back to our return address.

3️⃣ Inspection & Processing:

  • Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of the return/exchange.

  • If approved, replacement or refund processing will begin within 7-10 business days.

  • Replacement and exchange and damaged products will be delivered in 5 to 7 Business days.

4. Refund Process

💳 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
💰 If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be provided.

5. Exchange Policy

🔄 If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate your preference when submitting your request.
📦 Exchanges are subject to availability; if the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Order Cancellations

🚫 Cancellations can only be requested within 10 days of placing the order.
💰 Refunds for canceled orders will be credited within 10 days of approval.
